Description Brian Weinstein 2011-04-07 12:25:16 PDT
When a user uses multitouch to pan to the end of a document, the window will bounce in the direction of the pan and back, giving the user visible feedback they have reached the end of the page. However, if the bounce happens, and the user doesn't let go of their finger, the window will not bounce to its original location until the user releases their finger.
