The analytics account used by webkit.org is owned by someone that's no longer involved with the project, and it doesn't appear to have worked correctly for some time.

This switches to a new tracking ID and updates the JavaScript to Google's latest recommendations.

If anyone's interested in seeing the collected data, please let me know.
