The following layout test is failing on Windows (and it looks like EFL/GTK)

svg/fonts/svg-font-horiz-origin.html

Probable cause:

The blocks are not at the proper baseline (see <https://build.webkit.org/results/Apple%20Win%207%20Release%20(Tests)/r181192%20(50211)/svg/fonts/svg-font-horiz-origin-diffs.html>).
