Summary:
Add Inspect element button. This will be the only "activate" style item in the TabBar. During early design discussions it was proposed to locate this button after the general tab area, rather than before (as is done in Chrome, FF). The rationale for this is two-fold:

1) It makes sense for it to be physically closer to the Styles sidebar
2) The close (x) button is located to the left of the general tab area
